Article 3 — Prices and Currencies
Product prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the customer's market, according to our store settings.
Prices may vary between markets, particularly due to currency conversions and applicable pricing settings.
Nouvel Angélisme benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, subject to the applicable legal conditions. For transactions covered by this scheme, VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts).
Any taxes applicable to other transactions or destinations are handled in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Shipping costs and any additional applicable charges are communicated before the order is finalized.
The total amount payable, together with the payment currency, is displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
Nouvel Angélisme reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Customers select the products they wish to purchase, choose the available options and review their order details before proceeding to payment.
Before confirming an order, customers can review the order summary and correct any errors.
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been sent.
If Nouvel Angélisme is unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be informed and any amounts due will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Applicable shipping costs and delivery timeframes are communicated before the purchase is finalized.
Further details are available in our Shipping Policy.
In the event of delayed or failed delivery, customers are entitled to the remedies provided under applicable law.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the goods, subject to any statutory exceptions.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers have, unless a statutory exception applies, 14 days from receipt of their purchase to exercise their legal right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
After notifying Nouvel Angélisme of their decision, customers have a further 14 days to return the relevant products.
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
The procedures for exercising this right, the return address, refund conditions and standard withdrawal form are provided in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Article 8 — Exchanges and Refunds
Due to its made-to-order production model, Nouvel Angélisme does not offer direct voluntary exchanges, including exchanges for different sizes or styles.
Customers wishing to purchase a different item or size are invited to place a new order.
This provision does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal or any applicable legal guarantees.
Refund conditions are detailed in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Article 9 — Statutory Guarantees
Products sold by Nouvel Angélisme are covered by applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Information on Statutory Guarantees
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers have two years from delivery of the goods to request the application of the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity arises.
During this period, consumers must establish that the defect exists, without having to prove when it first appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity allows consumers to request repair or replacement of the goods within 30 days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
Where goods are repaired under this guarantee, the original guarantee period is extended by six months.
If the consumer requests repair but the seller imposes replacement, a new two-year legal guarantee of conformity period begins from the date of replacement.
Consumers may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods or terminate the contract in exchange for a refund where the conditions provided by law are met, including when:
-
The seller refuses to repair or replace the goods.
-
The goods are not brought into conformity within the statutory period.
-
Repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience.
-
The defect persists despite an attempt to bring the goods into conformity.
These remedies may also be exercised directly where the seriousness of the defect justifies doing so.
However, termination of the sale is not available where the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are unavailable due to necessary repairs or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period.
Consumer rights are governed by Articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who obstructs the implementation of these rights in bad faith may be subject to the civil penalties provided by law.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects
Consumers also benefit from the warranty against hidden defects provided for under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
This warranty may be exercised within two years of discovering the hidden defect.
Under the conditions provided by law, it allows consumers to obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods or a full refund in exchange for returning the product.
