Returns and Refund Policy
Made to Order
Nouvel Angélisme products are made to order, with production beginning only after each order has been confirmed. We do not hold any stock of pre-made products.
Due to this production model, we do not offer any additional voluntary returns or exchanges beyond those required by applicable law.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the items concerned.
Return Conditions
You may try on items to check their size, nature and characteristics.
Any handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose that results in a reduction in the item's value may give rise to liability on your part, in accordance with applicable law.
We recommend keeping the original tags and packaging whenever possible.

We encourage you to contact us before shipping your return to help us process it efficiently. However, doing so is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items, unless otherwise required by law.
Nouvel Angélisme does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard withdrawals.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we do not offer voluntary exchanges, including exchanges for a different size or style.
If you would like to order a different item or size, please place a new order.
This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or any applicable legal guarantees.
Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable statutory guarantees, which may include repair, replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs associated with exercising your rights under statutory guarantees.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due, including the original delivery costs up to the cost of our standard delivery method.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally, any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the transaction will continue to apply.
Any customs duties, import taxes and additional charges are governed by our terms of sale and applicable law.
